| Join your DCLA friends and colleagues for our Spring Banquet. The date is Wednesday, May 7, 2008 from 6 to 9 PM. Location is Rosa Mexicano Restaurant in Penn Quarter, Washington, DC, located across the street from the Gallery Place metro stop, 7th and F Street exit.
Our fabulous speaker is Dr. Camila Alire, candidate in the upcoming election for the ALA President who will talk about "Resonant Leadership: How to Stay Energized in the Workplace.”
Cocktails in the main bar. Each participant will get a color coded drink ticket good for either a beer, glass of wine or margarita (included in the price of dinner). All additional beverages are "cash bar."

roasted corn, mole of Ancho chiles and tropical fruits.
2. Tacos de Carne Asada
Grilled marinated skirt steak in a cast iron skillet with chihuahua cheese, red beans
with chorizo, corn tortillas and salsa chile de arbol.
3. Enchiladas Suizas
Classic enchiladas filled with chicken and topped with a creamy tomatillo sauce
4. Vegetarian Option:
Chile Relleno de Espinaca
Two ancho chilies filled with sauteed spinach, mushrooms and goat cheese and served with a roasted tomato chipotle sauce.

Requeson cheesecake filled with cajeta sauce, served with blackberry fruit compote and pistachio brittle.
